Explain how the math doesn't add up?

Over 1 billion shares were converted in December for only $64,000 in principle $31,000 in interest and $16,000 in fees. It is kind of obvious that the 229,000 shares (900 Million shares pre split) was included in that conversion. We don't know how much interest was tied to that note, which would make it more than $10,000 paid off. There were other notes included in that lump sum that could have skewed the numbers. For all we know those 229K shares converted at .00005 or less.
