One should realize that AC5 right now is not a surgical product. It is a sort of Bandaid. Stops minor superficial bleeding. This is not nothing, but it isn't an "awesome surgical device". The latter was promised, the former has been delivered, but without commercialization to date. If one is in this game, now is the time to see what happens commercially in the reasonable near future. My opinion.
