I have no issues with the 10-K; it is exactly what I was expecting and exactly what I would expect from a company that is about to bring a product to market.

Obviously they don't have any revenue as the filing ended 31 Dec and they previously announced the product would be available for sale in Q1 2020

All good news here and the future looks bright!
