Obviously it won't be voted down, but the issue is raised ad nauseum anyways.

NYSE is pressing SEC hard to loosen regulations on trading price and equity guidelines for now.

I look for SEC to comply in near future.

We will see how shareholders handle it here, in the meantime.

We are living in a new world now. SEC will understand that. Perhaps CHK would then be in a position to reverse course with a forward split, if the vote goes through first on the reverse.
