Yes someone said Taiwanese can't buy until it's 50c. but I haven't researched if this is true.

If there are big buyers out there, they are not going to rush in here at this point in time...the Q is not due for another month...if nothing happens between now and say May 1st the price will have dropped back down...simply due to lack of information... they can come in then and get what they want at a cheaper price...
