This joke penny stock’s ten year return is ummm let’s see......zero. But it is correct that it has been pumped and dumped several times during that time, I agree. Unfortunately insiders perpetrating the P&D are the only ones that successfully trade those moves, everyone else ends up holding a sad bag of pennies.
