Yes indeed! It is a "RUMOR", as DECN has completed a theoretical product concept, but has NOT COMPLETED the product development and has NOT COMPLETED any actual product testing! If a diagnostic result is delivered in 15 seconds, but is wrong 50% of the time, it's back to the drawing board for CEO Keith Berman!
