Agree, under SEC jurisdiction is where small public penny stocks like CYDY are regulated correct?

I wonder what the SEC will find if they go over CYDY's PR's and statements with a fine toothed comb e.g. "subsidiaries" in 10-K filings that don't exist, "non-dilutive" financing and "Leronlimab has completed nine clinical trials in over 800 people,"?
