Perhaps - you may want to refer to some of the detailed posts that some have made on the cases. The SC case would affect both and even some of the p cases would only benefit long time p holders.

Have no details on every case, nor am I a lawyer, but I would venture to believe that either case will help each other. when you win against the mob, it breaks things open for everyone to see and use as precedence.
