I understand that is standard verbiage in many otc pink sheet stocks that are severely undercapitalized.

But we were lead to believe that TRDX was being backed, in some capacity, by Dazheng Longding.

Why would this verbiage be included in the annual report at all, if the company is well capitalized?

And what's with the $4M in losses?

Losses in what segment of the business?
