One of the benefits of a settlement is it takes the District Judge and Appeals Court Judges out of the equation. It is an agreed upon amount and not appealable.
I also had a position invent and lost in a lot money hoping to make some back here . Thom had been all the right things wit limited capital and deserves a win biglt!
Pat, I do recall us commiserating back in the VRNG days. It sure did slow my cruising around for a few seasons and put a new yacht on the back burner. I hope this one will be a major payday. 5 Mill should be about right. :)
