According to these notes from the call, this isn't true:

-Incenvtives for plaintiffs to settle below par to get things moving quicker?
We have no clients that are litigants but friends are litigants, depending on terms and conditions they might take discount but don't know.

Gaby had mentioned a $6-14 price target on the common in an earlier video, though there was no mention of such a price target today. She did say that the commons won't be completely wiped out, and that implies the prefs will be money good.
