Does anyone here know When and Where exactly is the "Upcoming Annual Meeting"?

Mikester, Were you just figuratively speaking about Annual Meeting? Perhaps you just assumed based on Last Year Meeting being at the End of July?

If an Actual Upcoming Annual Meeting already Posted somewhere, We can't find it anywhere...Where can We find this information?

(It seems like you're just estimating that it will occur in about a few months or so, right?)
