Won't know till it's actually disclosed and it's the conversion ratios that count. 1 preferred share converts to ? Common shares.

After a RS the preferred will be untouched as will the AS..The price after a RS is easily manipulated by its ratio,,which of course can be changed easily from its current to what ever is needed to reach a target
