Clearly they did not trick them. They haven't tricked anyone. That is why the stock is in the toilet, the courts have thrown out all the cases RULE 36'd their bullshit troll plays and there isn't a single court in the world that in any country that will give them the time of day.

Never going under a quarter has become its back above sub penny. This is how these things always end up. Sadly this one has arrived. I made the call that this would eventually trade under a penny some time ago and it took a while but my call was right on.
