not a wreck. A wreck may not even contain treasure. Folks familiar with the industry understand that.
That said, last year they surveyed more sites and did very little salvage. They have a long term plan for multiple sites, and they had the means to do that.
The price decline is likely in part those that lost interest and moved on when salvage operations ceased.
But remember, your buddy referred to the over 600 coins as a handful.
If it rose with a handful, estimated to be 1% of what went down, just imagine how high it could go when they find the main section of the wreck and it was in a documentary.
