This one, can be used in a sentence as in one example to say going to be taking a Breather

Or if it was being used to be related to a question on the current purpose of Rxair and its benefits.

With taking a breather . .for some other purpose .. one type of a message

shortly ..

Following along this line ,

Photo`s can be interpreted because
as it has been said " one picture is worth a thousand words "
There is one ..that was recently around that ..
was interesting and could have been way less than a thousand .with these same two words

One recent photo .. appeared to have no workers or people in it..
This could get one possible.. interpretation

With using some imagination where it may be needed

work crew to be busy but could look as if a work crew took a.. breather ..
