PRED hasnt gotten the institutional investors buying the stock because most can not....its on the pink sheets..and until Nasdaq there wont be much institutional buying or buying by only the retail guys on this board.... no matter what the Company earns or does, it doesnt mean the stock has to go up...it can however be shorted ....as it has for many of the reasons that this board or myself dont know the reasons....we need mgmt to execute...step up...and follow thru....dont start if you cant finish.
