- Hiring an auditor (that won't resign on them)
- Paying Taub (et al) about $21 million (per court judgement about 2 weeks ago)
- Settling the rest of Taub case
- Settling Iconic case
- Settling landlord case
- Settling Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico case
- Settling class action lawsuit

And I am sure there is a load of other stuff that nobody has even found out about yet.
