I have been through this with other Pinks. Even if they don't file by the 15th, the sky is not going to fall. The stop sign will remain until they get current. As long as there is nothing shady going on with the company, we're good and the Q will be filed. Besides, we are in unprecedented times with so many either not working or working from home (accountants).

Though I would prefer they become current sooner rather than later.
