Well you didn't answer why it is that you believe this company would spend 10 years on $millions worth of filings, only to risk that by selling 35 K shares over a months period based on a a tweet that was made about a private company that has nothing to do with PGEC.

Millions? No. Try about $12K a year total for being an SEC reporter.

That is all.

And considering that FINRA was thanked by the SEC for their help in the trading suspension, it is not only possible, but likely, that the SEC decided to suspend the stock now before whatever was planned has happened.
