So what's with Kelly's lack of signing off on financial reports as Chairman Of The Board.

Lots of reputable CEO's stand tall and sign financials with that title.

Why is Kelly choosing not to do so? Not a problem with "Director" title on Form 4's.

Problem as Chairman of the Board title on Form 4's.
