Ferd . . . why is that even a relevant question with regard to RNVA?

I have no idea why they have closed. But do I know why JRMC has closed, and I also know that BSF and Jellico are hanging by threads. The answer is SL's complete mismanagement (if not downright corruption). That's why JRMC has closed, and why the other two hospitals are hanging by threads.
