Hospitals are not ramping up new clinical trials right now , because they are stressed to the max. Even if they get the IND filed I doubt the trial will start for months.

In the meantime they can't make money somewhere else?

I for one, appreciate the effort.

I also believe there is more to this move than immediately meets they eye."
