Not for an opinion but fraudulent claims most certainly can. The SEC of course does not have the resources to go after everyone. However a mass sweep of the scamming 50,000+ scam posters on this very board would be a good start.
Unfortunately, you are right. However, there are some very great posters here, just have to sift through the fluff. It takes awhile for bigger results to come in for CYDY, once they start flowing in, then the shorts will take a break because sp goes up. Bigger results are key. Need to up list as soon as we qualify
