Don't know if you have Level 2, but that is one of the trouble makers again.
CDEL, he has been constantly putting up larger Bids, in order to stop the PPS from going lower. Meanwhile, he's trying to sells shares on the Ask.
Every time too many shares gets dumped into his Bid, he pulls that Bid and ducks out of the way. He doesn't really want all those shares.
Just my observations.
