I don't think so. I bought today late morning around 045 so not all that much lower than the current 068 price. I can say looking at L2 all day as we climbed, their weren't but 100k shares back to the .15 level late day showing. also almost no hidden shares on the ask. What the blocks showing up at were knocked out with that amount of shares traded thru.
