The stock was on the grey market, OTC Markets has been having issues with some the reyg tickers getting quotation out of the blue. This happened last week with BEHL, it shows as a Pink No Information, because of the tier change a bunch of unaware gamblers purchased shares for a pump effort. A little DD would have shown nothing has changed, it is an issue with OTC Markets.
