Pacman, there is a lot of shorts in this, they need to work to keep it low so they can cover, it wont take long with this type of news to start weeding out shorts..well at least the smart ones. We have a few that would rather lose everything than admit this is a good drug.

its because the OTC is a penny traders heaven. if this was on the nasdaq the market cap would be 2 billion by now

Of course, they sell just before NP speaks, and buy after! Simple, but generally, looks like it's been a decent strategy.
