RGST is just another OTC Mickey Mouse broke share selling scam ticker of which there are thousands. The SEC is currently going through these types of empty shells and gradually shutting them down so that toxic lenders and shell HIJACKERS cant get their claws into them. Im quite certain RGST is on that SEC RED FLAG list.
