With what I have heard is 30 million tax write off’s that go with to the merger company..
Which a big company will enjoy..
Some people try to refute that because they don’t like the thought of the possibility of a 1 billion something company coming in here but they do have value; interim management stated that the interest of this stock for merger companies centered around the NOLS..

The Nols have huge value here IMO and seeking Alpha also posted about how valuable NOLS are..
