Who said it was news from the company? The company......

hasn't said anything about a COLA application, but some are suggesting that's in the works too.

The trademark application (not just trademark as you said) was said to be the missing link to the Hard Rush launch, which is absurd. In other words, it was presented as news.

Regardless, there's not much difference between company news and DD. It's mostly proven to this point to be BS, just like the trademark application news or whatever you want to call it.
