PUMA is a Market Maker, he's very active here. Every time I increased my bid today he went right above it, when I raise my bid above his again, he would outbid me again and again. He's also frequently on the ask.

As another mentioned PUMA is a market maker and less common that some others. Today and other recent sessions, PUMA was at the top of the bid and the ask simultaneously buying and selling, which may be a sign of collecting shares. The spread wasn't very wide, as sometimes a retail trader will attempt to do that provided the spread is a large enough % to make decent money. In this case PUMA was at times bidding around .147 and asking around .15 which would be difficult for a retail trader to make money doing. Accumulating shares imo and a good sign
