no, they have already investigated. as a result of that investigation, they suspended.

We shall see what they discover - good, bad and/or ugly.

no, you won't. the sec will not comment on the suspension or any continuing investigation beyond what was in the suspension order.

Roth may be totally cleared

the sec doesn't do that.

or maybe some punishment if there was wrong-doing.

the sec has 5 years from today's date to decide if what they call additional enforcement action are necessary.
