The Judge stated the Plaintiff can refile for a TRO - they only need to provide certification that the Motion/Application has been delivered to defendant.

So hold off on the "$GRNF Judge denied Plaintiff's TRO. LOL"

The LOLOL is on Costello - he must be in hiding so he can't accept service - but the Registered Agent can accept service and then the Judge will grant the TRO.

As always the devil is in the details.

Can you explain why Costello is committing another securities violation?

Costello is posting under @Gervilla6 - this is a illegal activity a violation of Reg FD.

Costello and his minions are posting fraudulent information about the GRNF scam.

The good thing is they aren't very smart and the investment community is getting a good laugh at those clowns.
