We will have to agree to disagree. From my perspective in watching the L2 for a week or two now, I feel this is the same dilution we were seeing before. With this news out today, I highly doubt shorts would be this aggressive or act in this manner. Furthermore, the likelihood of this being shorted is significantly less than the more realistic assessment that dilution is occurring. I hope the company will clarify if only non matured notes are being eliminated or if everything was to have been eliminated.
