Start a company with a story, build publicity using minimal investment of your own money, list on Nasdaq as there is no regulation with teeth. If there is a good story people buy into it and you can issue more shares to raise money / aka fund your lifestyle. Even if someone took a class action lawsuit out there is nothing to collect as you will have squirreled the money away and claim this was a legitimate idea. This stock is a little like you investing in selling sand in the Saudi arabian desert - could work but probably not.
