The company is Canadian/Israeli...and it trades on the Canadian exchange. They don't acknowledge anything else. As I have warned everyone before..the US listing is on the greys...THis listing will eventually be retired as the greys is where stox go to die.
If you're going to trade Vaxil you need to be buying on the Canadian side. Anything else is risky. There are no market makers and buys and sells are at the discretion of the brokerage houses. Caveat Emptor.
