Delgado "cleared" those millions in debt by going dark for many years, thereby allowing the CA Statute of Limitations on debt to run. That's called manipulation and deceit.
Why would any financier trust this guy with their money? Is this why he funds his own public companies through 'closely held" LLC's while earning interest on his own money?
