No no no. Every citizen was and should be responsible for the well being of their family and community man. If you're just going to sit around and wait for "direction" in a life or death situation (which we all witnessed at the epicenter in Wuhan and other nearby regions at the dawn of this) then I won't feel sorry for you. Does anyone think and react for themselves and the well being of their community??
