IMO, they're not really "desperation moves to stay alive". Not at all. They could just dilute the crap outta the stock and kept things as they were.

They didn't do that. Maybe you missed the other main point in my previous post there...building shareholder value. Again, they could keep everything as is and drive their stock down to sub-penny levels due to MASSIVE dilution. They aren't doing that.

THAT should speak VOLUMES to ALL currenta AND future shareholders.

Again, I'll state...What I see in NeoMedia management are the following: honesty, integrity and a strong will to succeed.

it's not all bad. We wound up with a piece of these companies and agreements to work together. How else could we have got this outcome?
