T-shirts could skew the number of SKU's. You have design, color, size, male/female all maybe needing a new SKU. Example: one design, 5 different colors, 7 sizes could be 35 SKUs (assume male and female are same). Ten designs and you could be up to 350 SKUs.

I know size matters at Costco. I once bought the wrong size. I thought I could make a simple exchange. But, because of different SKU numbers I had to make a return and go through a new purchase.
