Some have moved on, and that’s ok. We are a very tight group of shareholders and we know what happens during the trading day, some shareholders needed some liquidity, so some share exchanged hands... And no there has not been any convertibles for (by my count) 9 years... there is a possibility of it in the future, but the insiders are holding the majority of the Outstanding share count, and those are all common shares, so if they dilute then they dilute themselves. The main investor is holding all common shares and has paid millions of dollars for his position. He hasn't sold a single share since he's acquired them. and his shares are tied to the company IP.

I have read every filing ever made by this company. Right now, we could possibly be on the cusp of inking a deal with Anergis & or/ Stallergenes Greer for worldwide license of MYMX’s virosome technology for Allergy vaccines. If you type “Anergis ceo Sachs” you will find a video of the Sachs conference where The ceo of Anergis shows how he believes Anergis’ “ultra fast allergy immunotherapy” could be worth up to 2-4 billion dollars in annual revenues.

If Mymetics signs the LCA with them, then this stock could be in line to receive big revs in the future. Stallergenes is the cream of the crop when it comes to Allergy market. I am very encouraged that they decided to get involved. Not only do they have deep deep pockets, but they have clout and the best medical expertise in the world.

With that being said, please read the most recent filing which will explain, our main funding comes from private investors, Swiss millionaires and billionaires- these are not penny stock regulars. We are concerned about corona virus having an impact on timelines, but the most recent report says that MYMX “looks forward to communicate in April 2020” the results from the Anergis Stallergenes testing. Which in my opinion will lead to them possibly signing the LCA (Worldwide exclusive license.)

Mymetics has survived 20 years as a small research and development company who is involved with govt agencies and private sector pharma companies..MYMX has big money backing then up in my opinion and they will become very valuable in the near future. And the allergy deal is only one of a few that are on the table. It's a risky investment. but I choose to wait it out with the insiders. I think Mymetics would sell the company before they ever decide to close up shop.
