I understand now. Thank you for clarifying. The insiders in this case bought millions of shares on the open market recently but they are restricted for 12 monthz, therefore no darkside play.

Ok Did some digging. 350 million shares sold in offering. For 3.5 million. Reverse merger chatter in board. Tall reversal candle today. Finished HOD. I like the fact that insiders bought millions in the past month. Lots of filings.
