In case people forget BioAmber was all about R&D. The original process to produce the yeast has evolved to become what BioAmber still controls today. I am sure the patents that came with the fire sale don’t hold the value that the patents and tech that BioAmber retained . 4.3 million LOL. It’s not the yeast its the patented process that now produces twice as much of the propriety yeast for the same cost.
