A large share holder group which has experience with Turning Around Companies who's board members have failed the Company and caused losses to where the Companies share price has collapsed like it has with LKSD, wants all share holders to come together and try to remove the board for their incompetence and replace them with a new board which consists of their experienced people but the old board is trying to prevent it, so Sententia the Company that wants to replace LKSD's board threatened court action.

But now I believe that they may have come to a compromise due to this

and that we may hear something real soon once they come to an agreement on how they're going to move forward.

It would be a complete shame to ruin all the below over ego's, work together and get'er done, this could very easily be a 100 ++ Bagger from here with the right handling
