If the company terminated their agreement in January of this year, it is highly unlikely they have found another merger candidate this fast. If they have, a merger will take months. It could easily take 6 months to complete the deal:

NOTE 5- Subsequent events

1- In November 2019 the Company executed a Letter of Intent to merge with another company. The letter of intent was terminated in January 2020 because the other company defaulted on the terms of agreement.

2- The Company is pursuing another acquisition.

(It says they are ‘pursuing’ another acquisition. That tells me they are currently looking for another merger candidate, not that they have actually found one. It’s possible they may have found one this quickly, but my money says they are simply looking for another candidate.)

Might want to be careful with the irrational exuberance. Just saying. Good luck!
