The patent may be 1 of many milestones
I would certainly give up a few shares to have the Patent, approved, frivoulous lawsuit squashed, pre clinical trails in the future

Ah, but what are the details on this milestones? I'm sure it has something to do with completing trials and product going to market. So I don't think he will see any more options until then.
