A friend of mine got to see the facility, the guy in photo is adding more water lines for additional production as stated in the last PR.

The dilution was minimal and they need funds to expand operations, probably desperately. Doubling capacity to produce fluids and opening a new Oklahoma plant just for that purpose cost money. Let's see if there is any more dilution going forward.
