Ok...so this Smart Crown Ltd that currently has control of TRDX has no real business in it Canvas or other wise.. according to this statement from the Annual:
The Company is an Exploration Stage Company, as defined by Financial Accounting Standards Board
(“FASB”) Accounting Standards Codification (“ASC”) 915, Development Stage Entities.
Going Concern

So whats going to go into this company will be the 5G company, its just not in there as of the filing date of December 31 2019..
